We are sorry you are returning your order; you have 14 days for full refund from the day you receive your order. Please kindly note customers have to send the items back in their original condition and packaging with all tags and labels attached! If tags and labels have been removed your return will be denied.

We check that our dresses are perfect before leaving the store., to ensure both us and our customers are happy.
Please also note any special order, made to measure dresses cannot be returned. If you have received a wrong or faulty item, please get in touch with our customer service team to request approval for a return.
