Q: Do I need an online account to place orders?

A: you don’t have to create an account to place orders, you can check out as guest however you will not be able to log back in to view your order history. We recommend to create an account using a valid email address.

Q: Can I change my delivery option after placing an order?

A: Sorry, we’re unable to amend delivery options once you have placed an order.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: Sorry to advise that once the order has been placed we are unable to amend or cancel your order, as we start processing your order right away. However, if the item is no longer needed please return it us and we will process your refund once we have received the item in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Please kindly note customers are responsible for bearing the cost of returning the goods.

A: We are sorry you are having trouble paying on our website, please try the following: Ensure your billing information is correct, Please ensure you have provided the correct billing & shipping address, Try placing your order from a desktop computer or laptop instead of mobile devices as these can crash or freeze, Please make sure you have selected all required fields such as: colour, size & quantity. Q: Can’t find my size?

A: Please get in touch with our customer service team to place orders over the phone/email for your size! If we don't have your size we will do our best to get it in for you, always here to help!

Q: why is my promotional code not working?

A: please see the following:

  • One promotion can be used for one order only
  • Promotional codes are only valid for a short period of time, please check expiry date
  • Promotions may only be valid when using specific payment method e.g Paypal
  • Promotions are only valid for full price items

Q: What are the delivery options?

A: UK Standard Delivery, UK Next Day Delivery, UK Nominated Saturday Delivery available, please click here to find out more.

Q: How long does it take to receive my order?

A: If you choose UK Standard Delivery option it may take up to 5 working days to receive your item. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your item is out for delivery.

Q: My parcel is missing!

A: we are sorry to hear you have not received your order, we require signature for all deliveries, if the driver wasn’t able to obtain a signature from the delivery address they often attempt to leave the parcel with neighbours, for more information on where to locate your order please refer to your calling card. Q: how do I return my order?

A: Online we are sorry you are returning your order; you have 14 days for full refund from the day you receive your order. Please kindly note customers have to send the items back in their original condition and packaging with all tags and labels attached! If tags and labels have been removed your return will be denied. There must be no sign of wear, makeup, perfume, cleaning, smoking, dirt, or use of any kinds on the dress. Please also note any special order, made to measure dresses cannot be returned. If you have received a wrong or faulty item, please get in touch with our customer service team to request approval for a return. Customers are responsible for all postage costs for returned items.
In Store:
Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless goods do not comply with the sales of goods act. Proof of purchase may be required. This does not effect your statutory rights. We check that our dresses are perfect before leaving the store, to ensure both us and our customers are happy.

Q: When will I receive my refund?

A: Please note it takes up to 14 working days to receive your returned items and process the refund, you will receive a confirmation email once the process is completed.
